In 2023 alone, I conducted over 1100 coaching sessions, positively impacting the lives of 230 individuals. One of the most significant outcomes of my coaching approach is its effectiveness in managing common life challenges that result in mild anxiety or depression. In fact, 87% of my clients reported noticeable improvements in their perceptions of anxiety and depression after just 6 to 12 sessions.
My background includes extensive academic and experiential work. I hold degrees and certifications in Health and Performance Psychology, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, and Lifestyle Medicine. Together we address thoughts, feelings, and habits that influence your life, and ultimately align with your own core values when making decisions and taking action.
I am seriously committed to supporting you from a solid foundation of evidence-based tools and resources. That said, I approach this work with a sense of curiosity and compassionate inquiry. Bringing a sense of playfulness to our adventure together helps set the stage for meaningful exploration and growth.
Perhaps a general outcome of coaching can best be depicted by a metaphor a client of mine used. She described her mind as a house. Coaching afforded her the opportunity to seek and find new rooms, build new levels, and then move through her house freely!
